This is the sort of analysis I do manually in spread sheets all the time.

As crxvfr said, it needs to be in the H1 heading tags. I would say don't put it in the comment tags, it looks like spam.

I think the density in the title has quite an impact. You also need to have the keyword in your links.

I would never have 10 words in my title tag (unless I was targeting a 10-word phrase) nor would I ever have 27 words in my meta keywords tag (not that it will matter what you put there). I'd recommend stop thinking about "density" and start thinking about "focus". Your page content should be focused. 27 keywords is NOT focused. As pointed out above, not having your target keyword in your H1 tag is not focus.

How many times it shows up on the page is far less important than how focused is the page on that term (and how focused are the backlinks to that page on that term).

The main point I'd make is that it doesn't matter how well optimized your content is, without a reasonable number of (preferably one way) inbound links and targeting the right keywords, your site will not get much traffic. This is especially true with the latest search engine algorithms. Your site has few, if any inbound links.

When I looked at your homepage, there's very little focused text and you are not getting the benefit from your heading tags. For example, H1 is used for "North America". What are you tar getting in North America???? Be specific! Remember what Brandall said, FOCUS on what you are trying to sell and write content around it.

In addition, judging by your original post you seem to be targeting the keyword "travel" which must be the most competitive terms imaginable. Focus on selling travel services for a small number of specific destinations. Consider the main themes of your business / site and target less competitive and more achievable goals. Check the competition for keywords phrases at www.wordtracker.com and when you have chosen better keywords, code your page using the advice above. Although keyword density is not used in Google ranking any more, you could do a cursory check for sanity sake at http://ranks.nl/tools/spider.html. This is one of the best kw density tools.
