Well, where to begin....


1. Proper on-page optimization is required, including but not limited to title tags, meta descritpions, heading tags, unique quality content, internal linking, etc.

2. Build backlinks from websites related to web development and web design from that geographical area using as anchor text that phrase your trying to rank for.

3. Sit back and relax, it can take time to rank properly for a keyword or phrase, it doesn't happen over night.

to be #1, you need to build backlinks and try to aim for quality backlinks, not those sites with very little visits. make sure you use your URL on dofollow blogs and forums. add content to these sites, don't spam.

internal SEO make sure you use good keyword density in your articles. also do internal links. make sure you use meta tags and descriptions. build great content that people want to link and tell others about.

You need to get incoming links with the words web developer india
in the link text and have those same words in your title and meta tags as well as in the content of your site

Anyone can acquire #1 positioning in Google for any keyword with the right amount of time, energy, creativity, man-power, and money.

Yes, that's a heavily competitive keyword (exponentially) but so are many obtainable keywords.

Don't knock a guy down for having high aspirations.
