    title not being updated

I've been seeing one site for long on google.
    http://www.flower-delivery-flowers.com
Its title on google is not being updated. And it ranks no.1 for 'flower delivery' .
Their current/online version of the website is having a different title.
If we search for their URL directly then it shows the current title while if we search for 'flower delivery' then it shows some other title.

I've seen that weirdness myself on one of the pages in our domain. You can search for one thing, and it's #1 for that term with its current title... search for something else, that same page is #1 for that term, but with a different title showing. So for whatever reason Google actually had two different copies indexed.

It was like that for a couple days, then cleared itself out to only have the new version. Best I can tell there was just some sort of overlap in the index (on the same data center). It was strange...

Needs to be updated more regularly.

In fact, I'm seeing the overlap thing going on right now with one of our pages.

Search Google for "isp billing software" and look at the "Optigold" listing. The search for "web hosting billing software". (Might not be doing it by the time you read this, but it is as of right now...

Same URL, two different titles, so it has both the new and the old page in it's index, even though the URL is the same.

    Strange..

For me, it shows the search for "isp billing software" as being updated today... but the "web hosting billing software" search has not (but the URL is the same in the SEPR result).

yeah im seeing the same .. different title for some search keywords

when i do allinurl:www.mydomain.com it brings up my correct title. search for blue widgets brings another title.

also one search term is bringing up my meta tag description rather than the page content!

i have just seen the same thing different title on different search terms "normal title" and "bandwidth exceeded" - though the site was only down for about 12 hrs

interestingly the "bandwith exceeded" title did not affect my ranking for the search term.
