Was there a PR update

was it something local or a google wide thing

I can't figure out what the logic is ( maybe they are back to monthly PR updates ) but I'm seeing this PR update starting as a bad one

Looks to me as a partial pr rollback. One of my websites went from a pr5 to 6 last update now on only 1 datacenter its showing a pr5 again. Another website of mine went from pr0 to pr6, now on only 1 datacenter its showing a pr0. It couldnt go back from a pr6 to 0 the site isnt banned and is white hat with lots of backlinks.
