In your opinion how far does (Link Juice) flow in a site?

Do you believe that internal juice flows differently than external?

How does a sites "Trust" effect the amount of juice that a link gives?

They a little hocus pocus that decides where to value the links or NOT.
But it does not mean that if a link on your site is devalued you will be penalized.
Continuous devaluation or too many such acts or a long history of such acts MAY get your site penalized.

Trust like EGOL says and to which I agree is more like a factor that affects the whole site.
This is entirely different from PR or Rank/link juice that helps a PAGE (not site) rank.
If you noticed the recent spamming of SEOCHAT by a moron from my country where they sprayed this forum with call girl and escort service related posts, SEO chat actually ranked pretty well for the target keywords.
This works entirely on the concept of Trust, definitely not LINK Juice or PR or whatever.

Trust is definitely a factor. But link spam through comments, thread or post reply does have a bad effect on the site. If a site has reputation then the penalty will not be severe and will be page specific like recently Mozilla received Mozilla Received Google Spam Penalty For User Generated Content Issues. Same with BBC BBC's Google Link Penalty Only Impacted One Page. But if the same spam linking is on a site which is not of caliber as that of BBC or SEOCHAT OR MOZILLA, then chances are instead of page specific penalty the whole site will get penalized Can User Comments Get You A Google Penalty?.
