The google's rank change very fast .
yesterday i search "mcn pro box" that is my website's new goods name,
the search result rank is boilpass.com first .
but today it is second !

how often the google's rank change ?

Google is frequently updating to filter the relevant results.

Well, today i can see that boilpass.com is No.1 again. Anyway, my idea is the same with Janna. You see, there are too many websites out there, optimised, have good links and are updating. So google is making also updates to record all those sites' updates and then sort again the most relevant pages for a specific query. No one really knows how often but what we know is that the most relevant pages rank higher.

One thing you must consider is that you may get different results depending on which data centre you are getting results from at the time you are doing the search.... there are many different data centres representing google and they are all in sync to a certain extent but may return slightly different results.. Its random as to which data centre you use every time you do a search i believe.

The other thing.. and to answer your question... is i dont know how often google updates everything... i think it occurs in stages... maybe this is happening constantly.. maybe its once a day..

i don't think optimize the website's code not effect the search result more .
the webmaster's website information save in google's cache not change often very often ,but search result change often more .
i think the google‘s rank change so often must be effected by Traffic Volume .

The main target of Google is providing the best possible information to the searcher. For that Google always updating their index to help the best site to come up in top.

Also keep the data center issue in mind.

i have one question still interrupt me .
i want to make all my website pages include all my goods name , so that if google's cache keep one page of mine,the search result will have all goods name of my site .it is good for search Probability ,avoid the search reslut do not include the goods name that my site have.
but i don't know whether that way is good for SEO.

i notice it too., less than a month my pages rank decreased by 1.

I explain further....Google before updates everything periodically but some webmaster trap few techs and started remaining on top till the next update whether they deliver right information or not.

Google always keep improving because of a common and clear goal "Deliver the Best & Right Information On Right Query". Therefore, it was a major update in Google technology where things change every second even and datacenters also varies similarily as one information update at all datacenters takes it own time.

Now the question is that we shuffle up down daily....to be true no one can have a control over it, see it's very simple when you are number 1 and other on 2, there will be efforts from both ends to promote but what get better is totally not fix, as search engine feel something better on #2, the next time a query generated by a user, he will get #2 on 1 and automatically you on #1.......


Solution....very simple, keep working hard on links, providing most relevant and updated information to users and you will rule it out............it is now a open battle, stronger will keep kicking all out but he never knows someone comes with more arms and guns and kich him out for some time till you are again prepared to hit him from where he comes......

yes ,yesterday i just test it 12 hours, my site fall to the second page of google.com's search result.
After i change it back ,the search result is mine first .
it prove that that way is not good for SEO .

my site have a rank of #7 for "camcorder battery"
and the day before is #65
