Submit Site to European Google sites
Hi. I own a co.uk site that is highly ranked on several keywords on Google.co.uk. I have noticed that on Google.fr, Google.it, Google.de ..... my site is no where to be seen on the same keywords that drive the main traffic to my site for Google.co.uk. Please advise. Thanks. John B.

Your .co.uk site would not rank on other specific country sites because of your domain (ccTLD). If you want to rank well in another country specific search engine then you need to get the specific country ccTLD e.g. Germany - .de, france - .fr etc etc. A .com site may help but you would have to break it down into specific languages either via sub domains or folders.

Many thanks for your help. Is it possible to do that myself in Google Webmaster tools in geographic locations, or do I need my webmaster?

Webmaster tools already recognises .co.uk sites as being for the UK, you cannot change it. The same kind of applies for .com's unless you apply the unlisted option, not ideal though.
If you want to be recognised in other countries then buy the relevant ccTLD associated with that country unless you go the .com way, then submitting those folders as 'add a site' in web tools (i.e. www.site.com/deutsch and www.site.com/france) then play around with the location for the folders in web tools.
Hope i explained that properly lol.
