If i submit one article on 20 article site with 3 link, Is it link spamming or duplicate content issue?????????

I wonder if you stop thinking about posting articles on that many sites and think about posting the article on your own website to attract visitors and hence, Jump of SERPS is obvious.. what do you think? rather than getting links that most often get discounted due to duplicate content issues (Sometimes),

It would be better, if the article is posted on your own website and is used to attract potential visitors and then try n convert them to customers? Hope that helps..

Yes, you can submit one article on top 10 or 20 sites.

It is flooding to submit 20 articles in just a one day, that means you are inviting to Google to spam your website. You just have to submit 2 or 3 articles per day having full and authorised source of your approved article.
