Subdomains counts as link?

Hello all!
I need advice, which way is better for my home page, if someone for example place my article link like blahblah.mysite.com or mysite.com/blah.html (or any other way) In this case will be my home page (mysite.com) count by google as link from this site?
Thanks

a link is always a link.

you can decide to place it on the main folder
mysite.com/blah.html

or to a subfolder

mysite.com/mytopic/blah.html

or subdomain

blahblah.mysite.com

and you will always get a link. Of course, always an internal one. Once ago the subdmomains links had more value, now not anymore.

I'd always choose this variant: mysite.com/mytopic/blah.html

Don't spread the link popularity of your domain over subdomains ( as you know they're considered different sites in Google's eyes ).

Do'nt link accross the subdomains as you're probably sitting on the same IP. one or two won't kill you.

Thanks for help guys!
So if my home page(mysite.com) have NO any backlinks from any site but my internal links like mysite.com/blah.html placed on some high value pages (pr 5-6 for example) will google count it for my home page (mysite.com) too? Will my pr icreased for mysite.com(home page)? or only mysite.com/blah.html will increase in pagerank?

PS: a)Another subject question. If mysite.com/blah.html page not have link on my home page is it bad?
b)Reuploading same but edited(text) index (home page) file is bad for serp? And other site pages..

Thanks

In these days, Google does not giving some value of those links who are came from same C-Class IP address. Thus, IMO, it may not be countable. But remind one thing, don't try to make spamming things, unless google does not count at all !!!
