Some questions about a page quality - from SEO side

Since i am quite new into SEO (let' say 6 months, even less), i am using WebCEO for various SEO tasks.

When reviewing a page with "Optimization" tool i get those 2 things:

"A. Your keyword weight is too high! This may be considered as spam by a search engine, so your search engine rankings can be significantly lowered as a result. Keyword weight mustn't exceed the value of 7 percent, while with your page it is 8,9% %. Try to decrease the weight of the keyword, so its value ranges from 4 to 7. Keep in mind the possibility to use different word forms of your keywords. While ranking, search engines consider not only direct matches of keywords, but also their various alterations. For instance, for the query "web hosting," search engines will take into account the occurrences of such words as "host", "hosting", "webhosts" etc. on your pages. In addition, the modification of your keyword makes the content more user-friendly, so your page doesn't look like a readability puzzle stuffed with one and the same keyphrase. Don't forget that keyword work is a creative process and simple keyword stuffing is never advisory from either a search engine or a sales conversion standpoint.

    B. Your keyword too often appears in the ALT / TITLE attributes of text and graphical links on this page! Your keyword shouldn't appear more than 8 times, but it actually appears 20 times. Remove your keyword from some text links with your favorite HTML editor."

What u think, there are some real things those with 4-7% and those with max 8 occurences ?

Using your keyword indiscriminately on your page could look like spamming to Google. Try not to overdo it.

    - keyword weight not more than 4-7%

    - max 8 occurences of keyword in ALT/TITLE/link text ?

keyword density or occurence of keyword etc are the things of past, Anything which don't make any sense of existence is spaming, It may be possible that its OK for SEs but for ur visitors it may be reason of quiting ur site.Write the content without keeping % of density in mind when u finished writing calculate the % of keyword

if it is 2%, its OK
if it is 4%, its OK
if it is 6%, its OK
if it is 8%, its OK

I mean nothing should look manipulated.
Many people says that keyword should be <H1> tag or should be bold. It will come autometicaly,if u r writing a page for some topic then its obviouse that the headings will be strings containing keyword or its occurence will be more than other words, so whats reason of worry. just write what u want to convey to visitors.

As far as"max 8 occurences of keyword in ALT/TITLE/link text" is concern, again i m not going with numbers but definitely keyword appearence in these tags helps SE for deciding what for the website is and also relevency.
