Sitemap issue

I recently uploaded a new sitemap.xml and i got the following warning from google webmasters.

The reason I think this happened was cause I set
either
<priority>0.5</priority>

or

<changefreq>always</changefreq>

for all the pages in the sitemap.

Any input would be appreciated. Exact reason and a solution would be great.

Are the URL's in sitemap dynamic? This may be due to dynamic URL's.

You might be using dynamic URL's in your site. change those URL's to static URL's. Because static URL's are most attracted by the search engines. change all the URL's as static and change the sitemap.xml file having static URL's and resubmit in Google webmaster tools.
