Severe health issues are found in your property - Important pages removed?

Couple of days ago I saw this massage in WebMasterTools:
Severe health issues are found in your property.
Important pages removed? Some important page has been removed by request.

When I click on the "some important page" it takes me to

    The "removed" url is this:

In my htacces I have the following 301 redirect:
    redirect 301 /ask-greek/383/what-is-καψούρα /ask-greek/383/what-is-kapsoura
    redirect 301 /ask-greek/383/what-is /ask-greek/383/what-is-kapsoura

The following url IS indexed by google (last crawl Jan 9th):

I do not see why google thinks this page is so important, I do not know any backlinks to it.

The page is properly redirected with 301, so it is not really lost from the web.

After some search for similar cases, most people suggest to just add back the page (cancel the removal).

What do you suggest I should do?

PS: This issue came up after I tried to fix this issue:
duplicate titles because of non-ascii chars in url

Actually I have removed many more pages, for the same reason and used 301 redirect. Same method.

It has been my experience that you should never remove a page from Googles index by use of the url removal tool.

Remove the page from your site, then either 410 the page, or use a 301 redirect. This way you will not confuse Google as to what your intentions are. Also it is one less step you have to deal with.

The 410 status code will tell Google to de-index all on its' own.

Use of the removal tool can and will cause problems. It is a last resort tool in my opinion.

I have removed many urlsfrom google's index the last 2-3 weeks. For some reason google complained about the last set. I reverted the removal of the last set. Google immediatelly removed the message "Severe health issues are found in your property.".

Now I relly only on the 301 redirects to drop those pages out of the index.

    Thank you for the tip.
