Two of my websites which ranks good on google.com. But today I have found Server health issue on google webmaster results and both of my websites are no longer index in google. how can i recrawled my websites again on google. I have check it with both cache: and site: command but no results found for my websites.

Speak to your host about the "server health issues" and get them resolved, then resubmit your sitemap to Google.
That should fix it.
