Semantics Q: Do related words count in keyword density

Do the linked (via semantics) words count as one, when it comes to density?
Example (I searched google for "~hotel", and Hotel, Hotels and INN are in bold):

If I have a page, with
    City Hotel
    City Hotels
    City INN

is the "City Hotels" density X or 3X according to Google? Also, should I include
    related words, or not?

    thanks

I doubt that Google's algo would calculate your density as either X or 3X. I think it is a bit more complex tan that. But in my exerience, related words do help. There have been several articles published on the topic as well as some posts here if you search the archives. And Google has definitely been working on the technology to include related words in their algo.
