    Selling Domain Names with PR

After seeing the latest thread about Google and PR updates, backlink updates it came to my knowledge that some "expired domains still have PR" Usually domains are on hold for about 30 days after experation.

the new thing is if Google is going to seperate PR updates by several months, it might beneifit to pick up expiring domain names after the most recent update.

I have seen sites selling domain names that are listed in DMOZ and Yahoo Directory. So is it worth it for new sites.
