Selling a telephone call

Dear people,

What i'm searching for is a good article, preferably with a top-10 , with tips/pointers on how to "sell" a telephonecall on a webpage.

What my client needs is a Business-to-Business webpage where businesses and consumers (only if they order large amounts, not the regular customers, they can order on the website) are asked to call them for special offers/benefits which applies to larger accounts (they sell consumer electronics)

What would really help me is some pointers on what might be a good structure to sell people to make a phonecall.

So if you know any good articles, or if you have good tips yourself, please let me know.
