I am not sure but guess you are talking about site links? Google doesn't explain about how to get site links and generates them algorithmically., but I guess a site usually gets site links for the keyword(s) that generate the sitelinks listing, easily spiderable, structured navigation fairly high natural search traffic, older sites, with strong, aged back links
I would suggest you to work hard and get your keywords in top of Google rankings and wait for big G to generate some sitelinks for your site,,
