SEO's Stay away, Companies take Adwords - Google

This is in reference to my previous post regarding google changing its algorithm to give higher ranking to directories etc so as to dump out websites of companies who had taken SEO services in the past or is taking now.
I think Google is trying to scare away these companies and is surely passing them a message that they should subscribe to google adwords to enhance their marketing possibilities.

In a recent letter i recieved from google was regarding the google adwords subscription. Immediatly after few days i started to witness this phenomenon and not only my website but our competitor companies website have been dumped twice during weekend.

please check out websites sarvpriya.com, jindalsteels.com for keyword steel pipes on google. you'll know more what i meant to say.

    Thanks

Course this has nothing to do with your abilities? Or the lack of website?

    Damn...
So - when Google notices I don't use adwords I'm gonna lose all my #1's?

A natural occurance... what makes any website ranks "GUARANTEED FOR LIFE?"

...when you don't own the medium and everyone else is attempting the same thing - if you don't develop "faster than the rest of the industry" -- sorry you lose.

Suing Google IMHO for lost ranks means merely taking a shortcut to cash.

I dont meant to say whole life when i said that but my meaning was in reference to the latest changes that are happening with google. if you take a closer look as to what i`m refering to you`ll know one website is just 2 months old. Even i was not accepting the point you are making but its only when i experienced it. you`ll know if you are a bit more vigilant.

Admittedly Google will do what is in the best interest of Google... however, I doubt they will ever become another Overture e.g. "BUY" or don't advertise here!

Yeah i agree with you. May be they wont completely turn into Overture but they might target some areas. That will be more of B2B oriented where consumers are corporates itself. We cant deny this thing and again most of us wont be able to notice it. What can happen in coming days is only time and google will tell. Some Years back nobody thought of Paid email accounts, everything was free but know we know what happened. Another Example is Yahoo Search. So its about what areas to target.
