    Repeated h3 headings

    Hello everyone.

I am a newcomer to the exciting and challenging world of seo.

My firts project was http://euromillions-lottery-lotto.com/, and right now i am working on
    http://real-estate-investment-course.com/

i have two questions about this last website.

My goal is to rank well for two keywords:
    - real estate course
    - real estate investment.

    I have two questions:

in my link campaign, i am simultaneously targeting the two keywords, because i am using as anchor text:
"real estate course. real estate investment explained"

Is this a good idea or practice?

In the website, i am using h3 heading in all the course chapters, so repeating h3 heading 4 times.
Can this be considering spamming ?

Thanks in advance, for all sugestions.
General advice would be also apreciated.

    Thank you

    Rui Martinho

The linking you mention is good practice, its best to mix it up as much as possible rather than just use the exact keyword. Diversify a bit!

Regarding the H3s I don't think it would be a problem butif you can avoid it do so. Use CSS to format H3 H4 H5 & H6 the same and use them accordingly down the page.

i would break up your two keyword phrases and use two seperate lots of anchor text as you will be diluting your keyword importance by combining them.

from my experience h3 tags are safe to use in fair quantities - 4 on a page would be no problem.. as a general rule i use

    <h1> - one per page
<h2> - one for every "sub section" of text - about 100-200words
    <h3> - essentially freely
