Rankings fluctuation

Seeing most of the keywords' rankings fluctuating today. Is any update going on??

I think that not problem for short time. But if it continue then it create problem because then person can't assume how much time it take to appear on SERP. Few reason are:
1. UPDATING Penguin and Panda.
2. Increase in SEO field ( means now more SEO done on various site).
3. Because of paid adds and PPC due to which their is more visiting on site and thus increase in SERP page regularly.

Its also worth following google on twitter because they tweet most updates/refreshes just before they happen! For example, I got a message on my phone from googles twitter account about the update yesterday on my way home from work.
