Question About IP Grouping
I hope I can explain this as best as possible. I have a site hosted on ip 24.176.218.98 (my most important site)
But I also have dozens and dozens of blog sits on 24.176.218.99
Would google punish me the .98 site for whatever reason?
Thank you for any suggestions.

punish you how? for what?
For just having dozens of blogs on that ip?
or maybe what your doing with them.

actually a bunch of the domains are not even active.
So really really its like 7 domains.
I was just wondering because I really that google would update our PR... our site is 9 months old. Only one backlink, but google for the past 10 days has cached my site everyday, and a few time they cached us twice in a day.
I was just worried because my ISP gives me 4 static IPs and I host my main site on one and the other 7 sites on the 3 remaining IPS

Not unless you have 100's of websites on the same server interlinked to each other.
If your theory was correct, shared hosting would be a suicide purchase.
