There can be a lot of reasons, no one can pin point it with accuracy without knowing about it more.

Hi
The reason why you are not getting traffic is your ranks has dropped as you said ... but PR is not concerned with Ranks .. if Google is updating PR it is not concerned with your Ranks

This kind of instance is why i hate google.... Very unpredictable.... Ranking is SERP is like playing in a casino.... Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, and if you lose, you almost lose everything.
The lesson? Dont rely too much your businesses in SE. Yes it was one of the best source of sales, income etc etc but as a professional, you must always think of an alternatives.

I donīt think rankings in the organic results of SERPS are like playing to the casino. SEO is actually one of the very few marketing activities which effect last longer. And Google isnīt that unpredictable, there are tons of websites that have been rankings in the Top3 for years. But, obviously if you just started optimising in November 2007, and if your budget is limited, itīs normal to experience some dancing in the results.

It could be anything from links being devalued, to experiencing a bit of Google's "everflux".
I started optimising our site back in November too. It wasn't a new domain at that point, so there isn't too much fluctuation but we'll shift 5 places over a week.
Just keep link building with decent sites and you should be back. Things may even be better today if it's the everflux.

Stuffing is bad enough, and you're stuffing "too much?" Why don't you post your URL here so people can give you better suggestions?
On a general note, though, I suggest you remove the "stuffing" right away and focus more on quality for your visitors instead of quantity for search engines.
