Google can't wipe your website from your server. you have another problem, not the EMD update.

If your sites fell because the EMD was no longer helping then you need to get other things that help you rank...ie more relevant links.... Removing and changing stuff is not getting you new juice...

Gazzahk is most likely right. But I just wanted to also point out that there was also a Panda update the day before EMD. When I asked people to send me their domains that they thought were affected by EMD I'd say that 95% of them actually had Panda issues.
But it's all speculation without an URL. You can share one or more of the URLs if you want...just use a shortener or type it as example[dot]come.
I asked multiple times on this topic but no one answered me.
Just noticed this is your first post. Are you making multiple user names? Or are you saying you have asked on other forums?

1. Are we talking about 1 site or more than 1?
2. Can you access the site/s by their URL/s directly from someone else's computer? (note that IP does not go to a real site without a URL)
3. Is the search term you are no longer ranking on the same as or contained in your site's/s URL?
4. When exactly did you make the changes (remove links, redesign etc.)?
5. Have you tried to fetch as googlebot? What happened?
Dr. M is quite correct. There is a good chance this isn't an EMD issue. Show us the URL/s. Nobody can say anything but fix your hosting until we have a URL.
