Penalty or sand box or what ?

    Hi,

    Anyone got any advice...

I made a site back in march.... bought some advertising as you do... got the site off the ground...

yahoo list some 268 back links and google some 60 ....

yahoo, msn etc.. top 10 for loads of competative k/ws but go on google 6 word phrase with only not in the top 100 out of only 50,000 pages.

The second I add the word "buy" i'm in a mess....

Should I forget the site and make a new one leave that one for the traffic on yahoo ?

Froogle uk launch today and guess what the site comes up in the top 5 for all k/w...

    Its a joke...

All the directory I am listed in are comming up for my keywords... with the word "buy" anyone else targeting "buy" with a site under 10 months old ?

    thanks

    Hello gabs.
I'm in a similar situation with a site I launcged in March. There is a good thread on just this topic at http://forums.seochat.com/t16345/s.html

What do all of you think about this theory?
