Pages showed as cached and now they aren't! Google out of date?

Last week I had a ton of my new pages showing as cached on Google, but now they aren't. This happened on about 5 new sites and some pages with new backlinks. Is the Great Google using old information for this update. Why would the previously cached pages not show as being cached now?

I believe that Google has improved there page duplication filter. I have observed that many of my pages that are similair have been completely removed from Google's cache.

It seems the content needs to be over 12% differents for Google to be interested (if the domain is the same) I did a fair bit of analysis ... thats my best guess -- thanks Google.

These are brand new pages on different sites I have done for different customers. These pages are 100% unique?

One of the back links is on a major site. The page showed cached with the new link and now it shows the old information again when you view the cached page info?

Also, something to do with table layouts seems to be factor.
I've observed that two pages with nearly the same text, however a different layout, were seen as cachable / added to the index.

Just out of curiosity, what type of site / industry?
22000 pages, I hear things like this, but seriously, what could you possible have 22000 useful pages of (-; ???

    Good news! (maybe)

Google place back 2000 links yesterday!

I think until the end of the month all pages will be back in the index.

    Answer to your question:

If you sell cd's online, books online, you will have thousands of pages...
