Optimization Error or what have I done wrong...

Ok, I have my company website, and it was high on Google search, not too high but...

I have been working on fixing something I was pointed out that Google can look at the head of the URL on diferent ways (/page.php?instance=...&id=... not equals to /page.php?id=...&instance=...) I have foxed it with 301 redirection bit right after that I started loosing position...

and it's not a sudden drop, but a steady drop of page a day...

I am more then shure that it was me who did some error, since I am not that good as SEO...

Can anybody look at this and tell me what I did wrong???

your site referred me to the hebrew page, is it because i entered from israel or all of it is in hebrew?

All of it in Hebrew...
