Old Folks need Explaining ....again
While I think that knowing when google is doing it's spidering is kind of neat I am unsure what good it is or what I should be doing with the information. Can you please explain it again? Thanks

When google is doing it's spidering is not really the prime focus..
We are more interested in what google does when it has an update, and if we can detect errors & ways to make our site better or future ranking, why not do it at the earliest possible stage.. The earliest possible stage is during the google dance in itself.. If a webmaster can see the future rankings (which can be done during the dance period), then he/she can predict the revenue etc..

changes to your website should be finalized by the time gogle spiders, the way i use the information is:
1, seeing the new ranking after google-dance 2, make revisions before the next spidering 3, wait for google to spider and re-index
