    now that google is dancing....

now that the dance has FINALLY started... when should we expect the next deepcrawl to happen??

ie: how much time do we have to upload new pages/changes?

Madman - You beat me to my next post.

    I am wondering how everything shakes down. From what I have gathered there are 3 types of crawls that google does;

    The Freshbot
    The Deepcrawl
    The Dance

Ok, now I am wondering how often and it what order things happen in and what do they all do for your site? This is what I think:

The Freshbot: Happens only before the Dance
The Deepcrawl: happens once a month, this is the crawl that index's your entire site
The Dance: Happens after the Deepcrawl, to check for changed pages, or newer versions of your page. This does not re index your site only updates information on pages.

Also when are the key times to ensure my site is updated for the index update? Befor, during, after the dance, deep crawl, dance?

Gringo I know you will have much to say about this I am looking forward to your comments!

    Sincerely, Chris

I added a ton of new pages to one of my sites. Some of them are listed correctly, but some of them are showing on www2 and www3 with only the URL - no title, description or cached page.
    The listings look like this:

    www.mysite.com/keyword/keyword2
    Similar pages

All of the pages were done on the same template, all of them were uploaded around the same time.

Why would some of them get indexed correctly yet some of them have this odd looking result?
    Soli Deo Gloria,
    Tony

the dance is not a crawl, it is just the updating of the servers from the last deepcrawl and this time with dmoz added. Big G does 2 crawls.. fresh and deep. Why everyone gets "excited" at the dance, is that you see what the fruits of your labors in the past month or so has produced

    clarify any?
