Not sure if these changes matter or if they will do any good

    Hi everyone,

I'm a non-professional SEO, so I'm not really sure if my plans make any sense. But anyway it would be nice if you could have a look at my rather simple questions :-)

I just had a look at my site www.break-fresh-ground.com where the main keyword is either "travelogues" or "travelogue".

    ------------

The title tag currently is "Travelogues and travel information".
Would you shorten this to just "Travelogues" or does it make no difference?

    ------------

I have three important links on the homepage (e.g. "Chris's RTW Adventure"). These links appear as headings to humans, so I marked them as <h2>. But does that make any sense at all for a link?

    ------------

My sub pages normally have a title-tag using the following scheme:
Travelogue "3 weeks in India", chapter "Arrival in Delhi"
where "chapter" appearently is not a keyword.
A friend (not knowing too much about SEO either) told me I should use this scheme instead:
Travelogue: "3 weeks in India": "Arrival in Delhi"
    Is this good advice?

    ------------

    Thanx for your help!
    Eddie

Why not make your title useful to your visitors - which one do you think read best?

Also, you shouldn't put links in H2 tags. They are for headings.

    Hi,

Also, you shouldn't put links in H2 tags. They are for headings.
    Have a looK: www.break-fresh-ground.com.
The links right next to the blue "Live"-signs ARE actually headings. But also links.
So I did everything right concerning HTML. But what would be best for SEO?
