No Follow Links on Home Page
I am working on Spider Office Chairs. Right now, my website is on 8th position with office chairs keywords & 11th position with office chair keyword. I want to get top 3 rank position for office chairs & office chair keyword.
Yesterday, I read one article regarding no follow vs do follow links on home page. If you will visit Spider Office Chairs so, you will find out that, There is one root category with name office chairs. [Top drop down navigation & left navigation bar.] I also added office chairs keywords with link at top of web site. [Customer Service]
So, I assume that, due to wrong attribute specification on office chairs keyword: Google is confuse or not give me rank with office chairs keyword. So, can we add no follow attribute on office chairs link which hyperlink with root category page? If no so, what is alternative solution for it?

Your question is a bit hard to decipher, I don't think English is your first language. I've looked at your home page and I don't see any reason why nofollow is needed. Can you explain what you mean by "wrong attribute specification on office chairs keyword" ?

I am using home page URL for hyperlink creation during web promotion activity. But, on my home page: Office Chairs keyword was hyper linked by root category page. [inner page] So, Can I use no follow attribute for office chairs which pointed to inner page.

This usage is not really a good idea or helpful tool for you.
NoFollow really is intended to say something about links out to other domains. It doesn't exist to allow you to manipulate the flow of link popularity or link reputation within your site.
I don't see a case for using it in the situation that you describe. You seem to be thinking that you can stop your link juice leaking out to the category page, but nofollow is not the way to go.
Just build a natural navigation to your site and concentrate on getting good links. nofollow is not a tool you can use internally to improve rankings in the way described.
With a view to focussing link popularity on your home page, the ideal distribution of page rank through your site would be a straight category sub-category hierarchy, everything linking back to the home page with no limited inter-linking of the inner pages. Such a hierarchy would however be virtually unusable for navigation reasons.
Most sites quite properly interlink inner pages to a considerable extent, for example category pages link to other category pages - a site which is heavily engineered to distribute maximum PR to the home page is not actually usable.
Use of nofollow internally does not allow you to focus internal link popularity to your home page, structure does to an extent , but you certainly shouldn't compromise usability when designing your structure.

Yes, If you will visit Spider Office Chairs so, you can see that no follow attribute on too many links. [pointed to own domain link]
So, as per your concern: I have to remove no follow attribute from it. I also added PRLog & Copon Code link to content part. [At bottom of web page]
So, I put no follow attribute over there so, Is it ok or not?

Yes - I would remove the internal nofollows [pointed to own domain link].
The PRLog nofollow looks appropriate.
I didn't see the coupon code, but if you are not actively recommending the linked to sites as resources then nofollow is good there. There's never any harm in nofollowing an outbound link if you don't want it to give benefit to the linked site.
Usually is is useful in controlling user created content, for example stuff on wikipaedia is nofollowed, but elective use for your outlinks as you see fit is also appropriate.

You have nofollowed the product links on the home page and all the view all and view item links. I don't really think that gives you any real problem. I'm just also not sure it gives you any benefit.
For me your site loooks fine as it is. The product links aren't nofollowed off the categories and the category links aren't nofollowed so the spider wan see anything even if it respects the internal nofollows, I'm just not sure it does.
