New shopping cart, existing domain but only 2 links in webmaster tools?
The title says it all really.
I have just implemented a new cart. The domain is about 3 years old. I've uploaded a revised xml sitemap which has around 400 or so links in it, however, webmaster tools is saying that only 2 urls are in the index.
Do you think this could be an issue with the new cart, a hosting issue, or could I have done something wrong?
I updated the sitemap a few days ago (but usually updates have been fairly quick in the past).

Did you change any URLs when you implemented the new cart?

Ok, the information they've sent through probably doesn't help. They've suggested that I create folders and redirect the folders.
I guess what I need to do is to create a redirect through the htaccess file. The info I've found on Google doesn't really help either as it mostly shows example redirect code for redirecting domains, or www to http, or single pages.
I'm trying redirect urls that used to look like this: http://www.mydomain.com/category/productname/prod_10.html to:
http://www.mydomain.com/product name.html
And I'll need to do this for all urls in the site - do you know how I would set this up by chance?
