Any ideas, In the last update we have dropped from 4 to 10, we have a PR of 6 and all the others above now have a PR of 5. Since the December update i have added plenty more links so i can understand why? Anyone SEO out there that wouldn't mind having a look and could give some quick tips on how to rectify this would be great. I don't want to put a donaim on here as im sure the websmaster is against this the Keyword is IR35 and we are now 10 on google

If by the "last" update you mean January's, it's still shuffling, so you should wait till the dance is over before you panic.

Even though the other sites have fewer links or PR, they probably have more links with the text IR35 in them. This is what you should try to achieve if you want to be top for that search term.

Mario - IR35 in this case is simply the search term that liamtommy was using to find his website.

All links are important and should use your keywords as the anchor text (the text you use in the link itself). However, external links are more important than internal ones.
