Need Some Help...
Here for the last 6 months my work website was showing up #1 or #2 with Google, Yahoo & MSN when you searched keywords regaring foreclosure real estate in my area. Which was great, I was getting tons of leads from it.
Then all of a sudden 2 days ago I dropped from #1 or #2 to about 20 or 30 & I didn't change anything... Other than updating my listings. Can anyone tell me why this happened and how I can get back to #1? Thanks, Matt |

It could be a number of things:
1) Website redesign / content change 2) Competition increase 3) Backlink drop etc... Let us have a look at your website to get a better picture. |

I am not sure why your ranking dropped but I would suggest you focus on ways you can improve the site. A few tips could be to
1) use h1 and h2 tags, 2) optimize your images so they are not such a large file size 3) write some articles on forclosures 4) create a page for each property and write a detailed description of that property 5) work in the word North Caroline throughout the page to pic up traffic from NC related searches. 6) build links into your site anchoring combos of the search terms you are targeting |

Maybe links from bad neighbourhoods or paid links? Again that problem
