Need new visitor and conversion every month in Local SEO
Hi Everybody,
I've been working on my client's website for almost 2 years now. It's targeted on Local SEO which is Cury Ford Road, Orlando area. But I need to give my client new conversion every month. But last 2/3 months it's nont happening that much. What's your suggestion for finding new conversion? Is it saturated? Should I target some other nearer road?
Thanks for help.

How does the page look? I find more times than not conversion problems are UX problems.

What about seasonal fluctuations? Unfortunately, it's not always possible to beat your previous month's figures due to the time of year, latest trends, etc.

Thanks for answering. But I don't think this is seasonal problem as last 2/3 months it's continously dropping. It's a dental website. Do you think it's saturated now? I mean people from nearer area will not be new patient anymore? They will be returning patient? Or there are some way we can still find new patient from that area?

Try to see if there's a correlation between the drop in organic search with increases in direct traffic... The more people discover the site via search or other avenues, the more they may return at a later date by simply typing the beginning of the site's URL into the URL bar and get directed that way...
If this is the case, it may be time to look at a wider area.

Thanks again. I guess you're right. Most of the visitor are coming to the site by typing his dentistry name. Now if we try to target it in wider area, should we do high PR link building also as long as other steps of SEO? After penguin update different people have different idea. My quation is should we do 3+ PR link building or not?

You should know that it's not about the PR number when link building.
If you insist on pursuing links aggressively, rather than earning them by other means (I choose my words carefully there!!!) you should look for sites that are relevant to yours, not how high their PR number is!

Thanks again. Yeah I also choose my words carefully when I do link building or such. But what is exactly meant by relevant site? I don't get the relevant sites always, but I choose the category very carefully so that it matches my client website. Is it you call relevant site? Or I should only look for relevant site?
