need help finding host of competitor

I have a competitor that is continuously stealing my content and then ranking above me for it! Not sure how, as I have more content overall and more backlinks using proper anchor text.

It appears they are being given more authority over my site due to either them being older OR due to suspiciously large amounts of backlinks going to my site.

Anyhow, I would like to contact their host, but can't figure out how since they were registered through network solutions.

can anyone figure out www*southcoastsurety*com 's host?

I had a page taken out of G's index, but it was later reincluded after they made changes to it. i don't want to go through the saem thing again so i am going to contact the host.

that domain has been around since 97 so it is practically indestructable... that's more than likely why they are outranking you w/your own content...

Its amazing how sites can steal your content and rank higher for it than you and possibly give you a dupe content penalty!

It's just one of Google's penalty flaws -- as time goes on I'd imagine they will have to change this, but I recognize that it is not an easy proposition (given that it would require near constant spidering of every page, all the time, to determine who was first with content).

yeah that's what i am figuring. the jagger update has apparently only given them more strength in the serps and my site even less.

I tried contacting them directly. They laughed and said they didn't steal any content even though it was almost verbatim. I then reported them to G and got the page taken out of the index. A couple months later they filed an appeal and were reindexed after making some minor tweaks to the language (they also stopped using my graphics)

I think the only option i have left is threatening their host.

A "well written" DMCA Notice to the offender, their host, their hosts upstream, the registrar of their domain, whoever controls their registrar will do the trick 9 out of 10 times.

Can you suggest a template of such "well written" document?

Thats a bit long winded, but the basics are to spell it all out correctly and make sure to include as muh relevant data to show all offenses, and make sure it sounds as if you WILL do legal channels if it is not handled properly by them immediately.
