Looks quite professional. Takes quite a while to load though (mine is a fast web connection, so I presume it's your server causing the delay)... That might put people off, but it's not excessive.
Can't comment on Google promotion, because:
1) that would take a lot of time
1b) we still have specific sections meant for site review requests, and specific rules too.
