Navigation Title Tage?
In 1 single element of a navigation, lets call it shoes, why add a title="shoes" in that specific link?
Does it help much in respect to SEO? Example: <a href="http://www.footwear.com/shoes.html" title="shoes">shoes</a>

I personally don't think it has an impact on rankings - not a substantial one anyway. When I first started SEO, I paid attention to every minute detail I could possibly think of. As my knowledge grew, I realized that my time would be better spent worrying about the things that really matter - ie, anchor text in links and page TITLE tags etc.

Ok thanks. I do like to make sure that I understand all the details and in the end I think it pays.

Title link
As above, it wont get you to number one in Google so stick to the basics as its really as simple as that.
