Doesn't PR depends on how many links you have coming to your website and how many links are coming out of your website?

This is not about PR in particular. Please don't post irrelevant messages.
@majedayari
Search engine bots don't really care about meta tags.
Apart from that: being offline for 5 days might well hurt a lot.
What you want is:
- proper, readable content that is also directly visible to your human visitors
- other websites linking to your pages (not only the homepage)

Research Content Marketing. Focus on creating high quality relevant content and expose. Join a lot of social medias such as facebook, twitter, goggle+, linkden , etc...be an active member. Google will accept the, tweets, tags and shares as relevant, which in turn, will increase traffic.

One way NOT to, is to create a text link in your first post, which I think is the reason your here in the first place.
Hopefully you'll prove me wrong.

The site took about two minutes to resolve for me. The images are still trying to load and only are about 10% done. Also the CSS seems to be missing.
If these issues continue long-term then yes, Google will rank you lower. They don't want to show a site to searchers that is not useful.
I would check first with your host to see if there are problems with the server.

The forum software does that automatically nowadays. It's a crap feature, I concur.

Not more than 2 seconds just now, over here. Maybe that was a glitch... (?)

What is this feature doing? It hasn't done it to me yet...I don't think.

If I merely mention the URL www . seochat . com
the forum automatically turns it into a link (!) and adds the page's <title> as the anchor text (!!)
SEO Chat - Search Engine Optimization News and Talk
See? I only posted the URL (see above -- minus the spaces)
It's useless. People are not allowed to link-drop, but the forum does it for them...
