"Moi" against the competition

Hi all,
finally Sir Google has crawled our pages and we appear in a satisfactory manner for a site that is less than a month old. (http://monotstreet.com).
I could not help noticing something a bit odd:

there is another site that launched a week or so after us and pretends to be "the competiion" and that is basically copying content from our site.(monotpubs.com)

My site appears in several search criterias and so does their even if we have a larger scope search phrases wise. What annoys me is that their home page ended up with a PR4 while our with a PR3.

On the bright side..all our pages have the same PR while on their site most other pages rank as PR0.

OF course after this dance I saw where i Fubared and I am gona optimize things, but I was wondering whether anybody would have some thoughts to share on the subject
