Unhappy Mirror Banning

We have two domains. Both contain exactly the same material. i.e mirror.

Google indexed 100 pages of the original, but only 50 of the copycat.

Both have the same PR after the last Google update,
and both have the same rank on Alexa.

However, RESULTS don’t show up on Google.

Would it be sufficient to put another data on the mirror site to bypass Google ban,
or we also need to apply for Reinclusion?

What do you mean by that exactly? You're not banned unless you see no results on a site:domain.com search.

Thanks!

Clarification:

Site:www.domain1.com 100 results
site:www.domain2.com 50 results

site:www.domain1.com AnyKeyphrase No Results
site:www.domain2.com AnyKeyphrase No Results

Same Pagerank
Same Alexa

It's definetly not sandbox (age of domains, No keywords, No keyphrases. Really nothing!)

What could it be?
Thanks again.

They are not framed sites are they? Or anything else that causes Google not to see your on-page keywords and stuff??

Just a thought..........

total, I think you'll need to post your urls and keyphrases. That's not a problem here as long as you don't make the urls into live links.

I don't know how to thank you althogh I will cotact you and ask!!

Besides, should I change immediately the material inside? Remember, alexa shows the SAME ranking.

Yes. you need to change the content of one of your sites. otherwise you may face the duplicate content penalty from Google.

301 redirect from new domain to the old is the best option. Better be safe than sorry.

Can you clarify?
Can the 301 redirect (200 ok) be the solution for two identical sites?

Cheers
