Max out links on a page?

I have lots of "outlinks" to pages on the same domain... does google like this? Does it matter if I have 200 links on one page if it is to other pages on the same domain?

Yes it does! Don't have more than 50 on one page, 25 if you want to be safe. Otherwise, you site could be seen as a link farm and penalized accordingly.

Plus, every link out neutralizes your links in. I don't know if that is exactly true, but it is a simple way to think about it.

According to google guidelines, not more than 100 links.. according to you.. u can keep counting..

Jokes apart.. more links can cause PR to dilute.. and there was an article about his one..

http://www.seroundtable.com/archives/007449.html

Otherwise, 30 to 60 outbound links per page does the work.. the archive is a nice one.. hope would help..

Technically it does not matter ...

There is no penalties, and it will not get you banned (at worst it is a badly formatted sitemap).

The only real problem is there is little link juice ... because Google does not calculate PR to 5 decimal places.

I have seen pages containing 300 links with PR, and tests at the time showed all the links were crawled.

So if PR doesn't matter go ahead and do it.

I highly suggest to stick with Google guideline - if they say no more than 100 than stick with this - if possible I even recommend less than 50.

I dont know what your site deals with and why you put so many links but I suggest to seperate into e.g. 5 topics and put 20 on each site.
Also rel="nofollow" might be interesting if the links are not linkpartners.
