I had several longtail pages that ranked in top 3 spots for many years
after penguin/panda update i have lost all my rankings, now these longtail pages do not show up in the first 10 pages
what can i do? any ideas to get my longtail pages back on the first page

#1 is determining what the problem is. There is no such thing as a Penguin/Panda update. They are 2 completely separate issues.
