    Links lost from google index

My site is www.mobileheart.com. Google indexed its 3000 pages but suddenly it came to just 800 count. Why is it happening...........Is it normal with google or I am doing something wrong ?

This site www.mobileheart.com was developed in ASP and not it is in asp.net. Old pages are running and not deleted. While new 3000 aspx pages were indexed and then it reduced it to 800.

Do you actually have 3K of pages?

Or are many pages www.domain.com and domain.com, or possibly a repetitive image placeholder, asp includes, etc.

The site is dynamic and all the URLs are generated using URL Rewriting. So a page
    mobileset.aspx?id=1, mobileset.aspx?id=2, mobileset.aspx?id=3 will generate 3 different pages like:

    Nokia-6600.aspx, Nokia-6500.aspx and Nokia-3200.aspx.

Ya understand... but in reality you don't have 3K pages so worrying about "how many Google shows for the command" is pointless.

Less pages DO NOT translate to less ranks (e.g. 3K pages for the site command did not have more pages ranked than 800 pages).
