Linking between your own sites
Perhaps this has been posted before but I am not finding great links so far.
Lets say I have 20 sites all on the same topic, each site however is unique with content and writing. Question is how should one link between them, Do a bunch of straight links to each site, set up ABC links between them, link to keywords in pages etc. I like to trade between them all but I dont want google to think I am spamming of some sort. Each site is its own domain and IP Address as well. Thoughts? thanks |

I'd recommend ABC linking... and don't for the life of you connect the C to the A.

Personally, I don't like inter-linking my own websites since it's technically against the Google Webmaster Guidelines. Properly done Google shouldn't be able to detect you doing this. However, is it worth the risk of getting penalized for inter-linking sites? Personally, I don't think so.
