it's all about the keywords, if the keywords are the same, the considering is the same.

    hi,
the keywords aren't the same; every site has the keywords translated in its language.
    What happens?

what happens is that you have different keywords now. example:
"big car shop" and "grote auto winkel"(dutch): if someone search for "big car shop" it will (if you optimized well) get the english page to see in the rankings, and if someone search for "grote auto winkel" the searcher will see the dutch page in the rankings.

ah, ok, but I think i didn't explained correctly, sorry.
This is what I tried to say: the power of a link coming from a different language site is the same power of that coming from a site with the same language? For power i mean the capabilty to give rank.

    Thanks!

    Hi Black,

The language of the page the link is coming from doesn't matter. It is the rank of the page that will matter in passing on pr. Besides that, ANCHOR TEXT

Black the PR is just as good if thats your question, just make sure as already has been stated that you get the anchor text in your language so you get a KW boost as well as PR
