Keyword analysis - Which tool?

Hello,

For an upcomming website I'm currently analysings which keywords are saught most. The google keyword tool gives absolute estimates of these keywords, and google trends is very useful when analysing the potention of keywords on the long run compared to eachother.

However, I noticed that google trends and the google keyword tool differ A LOT from eachother. Meaning, sometimes google keyword tool shows that both keywords are about even, google trend shows something completely different.

So, which of these tools can be trusted, or is there a better alternative for both?

Thanks, but this isnt really what im looking for, Google also gives related keywords, but more important, it also shows how many (if this is correct I dont know for sure) hits a moth they have.

Then still my question is: can I trust these numbers? Because both these programs differ quite a lot from each other when looking at the relative difference between saught keywords..

Go through my post in this thread

Dont make the mistake I made - don't go by numbers, they are heavily inflated.

Instead try to leverage on the long tail keywords -will give you much more traffic and moreover, targeted traffic

Install HitTail and work on the suggestions provided by it

Of course since google is your search engine, it's much better to use this tools... Other tool may give you a different kind of results but when it comes to reliability... GOOGLE TOOLS should be your THING

differnce fromn other tools it will show you popular keywords new searched keywords , competitors keywords and after analysing which is popular now you can choose your keywords . THis is google' s software after trends and keyword tool after seeing the major difference between the twos. Ok check that and tell me
