Cool Jim Boykin and his site

i am surely know that Jim Boykin is a very ace level SEO and sometimes i am examining his site. And he is #4 when the keyword ".internet marketing "... His site is still alive and he is earning good money. i am respecting him and he is deserving all his income.

But i think there is a little bit artifice or fraud here. Why he suddenly learn somethings and change his site? He was deleted all outbound links just before 8-10 days before the update. And there is something strange codes now in his site:

< meta h tt p-eq uiv= "PICS-Label" content= '(PICS-1.1 "http:// w ww.classify.org/s afesurf/" l gen tr ue for "http:// www.webuidpages.com" r ( SS~~000 1))' >

And whats is this:
* Update November 13, 2004 - Googlebot noindex nofollow noarchive < b r > I'm Feeling Lucky ;ª

< !- - webbot bot="Include" i-checksum="20076" endspan - - >

Any comment about these codes? Or any comments why his site is still alive in Google?

The PICS-label is a self-generated label that classifies his site as family-safe. This is no big deal (it does allow him to get a link on a few safe-surfing directories).

The googlebot noindex meta tag is very interesting though. Why in the world would he NOT want google to index the page. I don't know the answer to that one. edit: - he did a test. he says "Our History: See our Rankings from November 13. We've just set up code to block our own site from the engines, so over the next few weeks our site will be "stealth" to the engines." so that is why that is there.

(the webbot is some kind of frontpage thing i think - probably no big deal, but i really don't know about it).

I dont think that term was effected by the phrase filter.
I also have a site with the term internet marketing with in and it didnt get effected. although some of my terms with real estate with in them did get effected. dont show up at all. so i am very curious behind this algo. and how long till google fixes it. most like in a few days after people sign up for adsense.

Hmmm, thanx DaisyDonna....

"internet marketing" should be filtered, you can see this from scroogle.org.
"These 53 links are missing from the top 100;"

here you go:

Quote:
Hi Barry,
I'd tell ya...but then I'd have to kill ya...
Just kidding there ;).....
I guess I'd mostly say "no comment" as to the removal of links and the
code in question. The answer would have to be a "book" that I don't have
time to write....
...So I'll keep it a mystery ˆ the truth is just too unbelievable anyways.

We're going to be coming out with a new system of doing things that I hope
will revolutionize advertising (We may or may not advertise this (if we do
it‚d be under a different name)).

I‚ll leave you with these words, „Relevant Rules‰ and „I‚m Feeling Lucky‰,
Jim
