Is this consider penalty?

I do really need some advise from SEO Community / SEO PRO with my situtation.

I have this domain lets called it ABC.COM and it was ranking on first page of GOOGLE, suddenly one day drop to page 5 and some page 10 and some keywords still rank on the first page therefore i decided to change the domain (i thought my site get penalize -50 or -100 those kind of thing) , i change my domain to ABCSITE.COM still retain my main company name.

After changing this domain ABC.COM to ABCSITE.COM 1 month later i notice my ranking Go up to first page again THEN the disaster happen again, out of nowhere my ranking drop again to Page 5 and some Page 10 and keep dropping away.

With this being said, am i getting what rumors had in the past PENALTY MINUS 50 or MINUS 100 or whatever they called it?

Then once i notice my ranking bring dropped, i remove 301 redirect and from ABC to ABCSITE.COM, after 2 months yet i dont see any result and then i change back to 301 again

Am i messing up my site?

SITE STATUS
- Site still index for both domain
- when i search for the main domain, i notice the site links (8 of them)
- when i search for ABC or ABC.COM still no.1
- When i search for ABCSITE and ABCSITE.COM still no.1 as well
- When i search for second domain abcsite.com, yet still no.1 return result.
- The Cache still the latest
- Get Google Index
- BUT NO SIMILAR on GOOGLE result only shwowing CACHE.

Now i was wondering, if i should use back ABC.COM or Change to new domain let say ABCWEBSITE.COM?

Advise would really appreciate it with this messy situation

PS: Keywords difficulty very competitive and we are on first page for both times but after few months then it droped

Sorry mate but you have fuxx0rd your site beyond anything I can help you with in a forum setting. Without seeing the whole picture any advice could make matters worse. A few hundred quid for a qualified consultant in your area is needed imo. OR, you can spend some time here learning and set it straight yourself, it will just take some time. If you go that route you can ask specific quesstions and get a better response.

You do call yourself seo fish, ! Which may mean your trying to be an SEO !

I thought the same thing as K.P when reading the post !

Ranking well for abc.com then changing your domain to acbsite.com is not seo !

Your trying to buy a domain to help with rankings !

Id definetly advise to read up on what your doing and learn more about SEO or if possible hire a consultant and see what they say to help you out.

But theres not enough info provided for anyone to give you the answer your looking for as it would require seeing what you have actually done and not done and assessing the situation if you want a positive answer !
