IP Ban from Google for "allintitle" and "inanchor" Commands
This is very funny. Yesterday I was researching the niche for my wife's blog. I was using Google, and checking the number of results with allintitle:"keyword" and inanchor:"keyword"
Important notice - I was doing it manually. (found a nice keyword, copy&paste to search field, check the competition, move on). I did this for about 2-3 hours and think that managed to pass up to 50 keywords.
And then, on a new query I got:

403 forbidden
We're sorry...
... but your query looks similar to automated requests from a computer virus or spyware application. To protect our users, we can't process your request right now.
We'll restore your access as quickly as possible, so try again soon. In the meantime, if you suspect that your computer or network has been infected, you might want to run a virus checker or spyware remover to make sure that your systems are free of viruses and other spurious software.
We apologize for the inconvenience, and hope we'll see you again on Google.

It's very probable that this is related to your queries, but if things don't change within a day or so, I would check whether your computer might be infected by a virus, trojan or similar that sends real automated requests.

It will restore your access shortly. And they don't actually ban your IP, they just block that particular command you are using. You can still use Google for normal queries at that time.

All you have done is trip a safeguard by performing repeat requests with the same command so that Google thinks it 'may be' that someone on your ip address is using an automated tool to perform queries.
Happens to me all the time - sometimes I get the captcha box up to verify I'm human and then it'll let me through - sometimes it won't. Give it half an hour or so and vary the commands you use. It only lasts a short period of time for that particular query you are over-using. It not a ban at all.

You are correct: it was not IP ban, just the ban of search command. And it got back to life today.
The only problem is that I don't know if I can dig the niche for wife's blog. Maybe after some 30-40 keywords they will ban me again
Unfortunately I cannot prove Google that I am not any stupid bot!

I have even gotten it once where I was refining my normal search queries (manually, i.e. searching for something, can't remember what) very quickly. Anyways, I have never experienced permanent bans either

Hehe, I get this pretty often because of SEO Quake. It's a temporary thing, just stop searching for about 15 mins and it will reset.
