Indexing problem

Hi all,
Its been almost 4 months since i have set up my site and even to this day its not been indexed,i have a PR 5 link to it and also many other links.which i think are enough to get it indexed.

i had earlier posted the same thing and people suggested me to clean up my code but as far as i thing code cleaning has nothing to do with indexing..please correct me if i am wrong....

Please have a look at my site and tell me why google hates me and is not indexing me.

Yes you have to check your code again, why u put a heavy image on the top of ur site *(nearly 41kb), redesign ur website a little bit, try to get more backlinks, submite articles in different article categories & make some good blogs & provide ur links in it. Do u submite ur xml site map in google?

I have no idea if it is important.. but your site does not render properly in firefox.

Hmm.. it does seems like some kinda penalty this time.. I have checked your domain on yahoo as well as live too.. nothing much even there, but i can see 59k links pointing to your site as per yahoo details..

The results appear without any clickable title, which indicates some kinda penalty.. probably too many links at one go? or may be too many links with the same anchor..?

Domain date is June 2006.. Sign into your webmaster account at google may be you can get something over there..

It doesnt reneder as I would expect in iE either, its either broke in both or a very strange design.

Your links reported on yahoo should be enough. The design element should not stop you getting indexed, so i have to think you have done somethign at somepoint on this domain to get blocked from the index.

By rights that site should be indexed.

I also don't think that design should have anything to do with being indexed but the site doesn't look like it has anything that should stop it from being indexed. Maybe fixing the design could help. I would also recommend putting the content at the top of the page in the code and the navigation below it. That's my preference anyway.

Thank you all for your replies...actually this site is owned by a friend of mine and he just wanted to get this indexed,i haven't done the optimization for it..he just asked me to get it indexed....since i had a PR 5 link with me i helped him with that but strangely its not helping either...if you see the link count in yahoo.its enough to get it indexed...but i am wondering what kind of penalty is this ???????? he had linked this site to his older sites hosted on the same server ,so i guess that might have been the damper but he has removed it a long time ago and yet nothing has happened !!!!!

Can anyone tell me what penalty is this and how to get out of this....

I also had a same problem indexing site bookalimo[.]com. It has sufficient link popularity in Google, Yahoo and MSN. I also could not figure out the problem with it. Any help??

Thats maybe bcoz you have mirror sites at bookalomo.net,bookalimo.ca...google doesn't like mirror sites and i think you have hosted it on the same server...i m not sure about it......as said google doesn't like mirror sites and penalizes it, so i guess you should redevelop your sites ie change the content and try to make it look different and dont interlink them if they are hosted on the same server.....
